正都公司是广东省湛江经济技术开发区内一家大型的PVC板材生产企业。专业生产各种PVC微发泡板材，各种硬质PVC装饰装修用中空异型材等高科技化学建材。本公司全套引进世界**的意大利BAUSANO集团公司设备，严格按照有关专家针对不同地区气候及使用条件而设计的配方生产，年产量12000吨。产品具有防潮、阻燃、不变型、无毒、美观、抗老化能力强等优点。PVC微发泡板材以木材的加工性能几乎完全一致，可以用木工工具进行锯、刨、开孔、钉、上螺丝、粘接，并具有木材所没有的热粘合、塑料焊接等加工方法。这使得它的应用范围非常广泛。产品使用寿命达到50年以上，是一种符合国际标准的新型装修装饰材料。应用于浴柜、厨柜、广告丝网印刷、户外广告牌、标志牌、酒店、家庭及船舶汽车飞机的内装饰。应用广泛，充分发挥“以塑代木”的功能，是二十一世纪的世界性的绿色环保产品。

Zheng Du CO. Ltd is a large-scale enterprise which professionally
produces PVC sheets in Zhanjiang Economic & Technology
Development Area of Guangdong Province. We produce all kinds of
hi-tech architecture materials for decoration & ornament, such
as PVC semi-foamed sheets and rigid PVC hollow profiles etc. All of
our equipment are imported from the well-known Italian BAUSANO
Group. We strictly follow the formula designed by experts on the
basis of different climates and production conditions, with an
output of 12000T per year. Our products turn out to be
moisture-resistant, flame-resistant, non-deformation, non-poison,
good-appearance and aging-resistant. In addition, the process of
PVC semi-foamed sheets is closely the same as that of wood. They
are easy to cut , shave, drill , nail ,screw and stick to with
carpenter tools. What’s more, wood cannot match ours in hot
lamination and plastic wielding so that our products are more and
more widely used . Ours is a new kind of decoration& ornament
material which accord with the International criterion, promising a
long service life of fifty years or so. Mostly our products can be
applied for shower case, kitchen cabinet, advertisement printing
frame, outdoor ad boards and as well as to internal decoration for
hotel, family , ship, automobile and airplane. Thus it takes full
advantage of its good performance—“take the place of wood” and
makes a green product of the 21st century throughout the
world.
So far it is only our enterprise that can produce the foaming
sheets of 1220mm(w)ⅹ25~ 30mm(h).
