进口排气阀的定义：

进口排气阀，又名自动排气阀，属暖气、空调、太阳能、热水器、泵等水系统不可少的产品之一，同国产排气阀不同，以品质超群立足于中国市场，代表产品为德国WILO进口排气阀。

　　德国汉克排气阀工作原理：

　　排气状态时，浮筒由于重力作用，将杠杆的一端向下拉下，这时杠杆处于倾斜状态，在杠杆与排气孔接触部分出现空隙，空气就通过此空隙由排气孔排出，随着空气的排出，水位上升，浮筒在水的浮力作用下向上浮起，杠杆上的密封端面逐渐压上排气孔，直至整个排气孔被完全堵住，进口排气阀这时就完全处于封闭状态。

　　德国汉克排气阀的优点：

　　1.排气阀的浮筒采用低密度的PP和复合材料，此材料即使长时间在高温水的浸泡下也不会产生变形。不会造成浮筒活动困难。

　　2.浮筒杠杆采用硬质塑料，杠杆与浮筒和支座之间的联接都采用活动联接，故不会在长期运行时产生锈蚀，导致系统不能工作而发生漏水。

　　3.杠杆的密封端面部分是采用弹簧支撑，可以随杠杆的运动相应伸缩，保证在不排气的情况下的密封性。

　　进口排气阀的安装

　　排气阀在安装时，**好跟隔断阀一起安装，这样当需要拆下排气阀时进行检修时，能保证系统的密闭，水不致外流，低密度的PP材料，此材料即使长时间在高温水的浸泡下也不会产生变型。
