All the equipments are installed inside the hoist way, so there is almost no limit to the position and layout of the elevator when designing. There is no need to include the elevator machine room in the layout map, and also, no consideration should be take for the factor of burden stress of the building structure-because the counteractive burden of vertical elevator is supported by guiding rail.
